The booking site doesn’t give detailed, exact times so if you want a specific time (that’s close to one of the times listed) just click that time then in the notes write the time you actually wanted + I will update it (if available). (For example: let’s say the time listed is 12:15 but you want 12:30, just click 12:15 then write that you originally wanted 12:30 in the notes).
Please keep in mind (and as mentioned in the terms + conditions) I have the right to reschedule a reading if it no longer resonates with my schedule. I will always try to cancel atleast 24 hours in advance for convenience, but if it’s an emergency it might not be that much in advance.
If you need to reschedule, please let me know atleast 12 hours before the reading. I allow up to 2 reschedules, after that I will require full payment to reschedule for a 3rd time.
If you choose any of the extra charge readings, please keep in mind it is by availability. Once you book, I will send an email back confirming.

Terms + Conditions
Please be sure to refer to the terms + conditions and to read them carefully + completely as this is what you are agreeing to when you send a deposit. Once you book a reading/service through a deposit you are agreeing - completely - to these terms + conditions. Please be aware of this as I make everything clear + concise so that we are on the same page. Once you have sent a deposit you are bound to this contract.
“PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Read EVERY single term + condition please. When you book you are agreeing to every single term + condition. Failure to read before booking will not result in any bending of the terms later on. My terms are clear, concise, + strict.
I do not issue refunds under ANY circumstances. I charge for the time of the work, not just the work itself. Please keep this in mind when booking. This is important to remember because, again, I do not - under any circumstances - issue refunds. If you aren't sure that you would like a reading or aren't sure you can be patient, please wait before booking. I also do not recommend spending money that you absolutely need. Readings are not a human necessity. It is a “luxury”. I don’t mean this in a social status, “elitist” way - I mean that we don’t need it like food, water, bills, etc. Because of this, please do not spend money you need for food, rent, etc on a reading with me. I can feel the anxiety of customers + I don’t want anyone to neglect anything just to get a reading. Take care of you first, readings can come later.
Readings are done based on availability. Once you have paid your deposit we will choose a time + date. A time + date for your appointment is not set until I send an email confirming that I have added it to my calendar. I book very quickly so although you may inquire about a date/time after paying a deposit if that date/time is no longer available we will have to pick another one.
I reserve the right to reschedule readings as my schedule is up in the air at times + I need to be in the right space + have the right amount of time to complete a reading. I will always give a heads up at least 24 hours in advance unless the reason for rescheduling is sudden/last minute. I will not refund a deposit due to having to reschedule.
If you need to reschedule please let me know preferably at least 24 hours in advance (or at least the morning of your reading - unless the reading is in the morning). I allow up to one reschedule if you can’t make the date or forgot about the reading. After that, you can only reschedule after paying for the reading in full first. If you failing to notify me at all (meaning a week has passed since the reading + we haven’t spoken) 75% of the reading will be charged.
If your reading for some reason isn’t a zoom/FaceTime/in person reading + will be delivered through email - readings can be expected to be pushed back. By purchasing, you are agreeing that you understand this and are willing to be patient. Sometimes I cannot work if there are spiritual blockages within me, you, or the universe, or if I am drained in any way. I like to give 100% authentic and high quality work, so, due to this, I will not rush through anything. If your estimated delivery date is to be pushed back, I will try to let you know but sometimes I get busy so just reach out if you curious. I ask for patience as this line of work is not a typical job - it requires strong spiritual energy so it cannot be rushed! If you are anxious, cannot be patient, cannot understand the process, energy and time that it takes me to deliver a reading, I ask that you consider booking a reading that is not urgent or time sensitive, or booking with another reader who may have instant delivery speeds. I really want to stress this because this work can be taxing energy wise + I personally only want to work with those who can understand my personal process as I am very transparent about my process. I am very clear about delayed readings and want you to understand this too. There are many lovely readers out there who may be able to work more quickly - I just pride myself in my dedication to perfection in my readings. I will not push myself or stress myself to rush readings. I go by divine timing and my own personal timing. Normal reading delivery speeds can vary.
I am extremely busy and get lots of orders. Please try to refrain from messaging about when you will receive your reading or about the booking process. I will get to you as soon as I can. If you haven’t heard back from me in 7 business days, please reach out again to follow up.
Due to the large volume of orders I have at the moment it is very hard to email every single person back right away. If you do not receive a response to your email within 7 business days please feel free to reach out to me. I do not respond to comments, tweets, twitter DMs, etc. Again - I will not respond.
I reserve the right to refuse service. I understand this is a business transaction + money is being exchanged but I am someone who puts my self respect first always. If you are cursing at me, disrespectful, etc when communicating with me I will not do your work. I will refund your money back to you and block you from booking with me in the future as that is energy I do not want to work with spiritually. However, I am only refunding 75% of the money spent. I make it very clear that I don’t give refunds due to refunds costing me more than you paid. If I then have to give a refund due to refusing you service - I will deduct the fee amount. Understand whenever you are being given a refund you are getting 75% back. If you are not okay with this, do NOT book with me.
If receiving an audio recording, please download the recording to your computer/phone so that you can save it. I delete all recordings from my computer within 24 hours and will not redo readings.
